In 2025, my business and I took a leap into the miraculous world of Bodies: I’ve become a 3-Day Body Class Facilitator. Since becoming a Certified Facilitator of Access Consciousness in 2012, I have always loved the saying, “Your life is your business and your business is your life.” For me, both have always centered around consciousness.

I knew early on that I wanted to step into facilitating the 3-Day Body Classes, so I began the journey—teaching the four-hour body process classes, completing the extensive prerequisites, attending workshops with Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer, and facilitating the over 60 body process classes that are required. It was a big ask that has invited me to choose big.  And I really, really loved it.

One of the adventures that I think of is when I went to Tokyo to facilitate some classes and body processes there. It was amazing! They were powerful classes full of amazing people, my business, life and body so alive and well. There I was on a hazy Tokyo afternoon wearing a pale blue dress, looking at everybody on the massage tables, gifting and receiving the body processes. That was the first time that it really hit me that these body processes are actual magic. I could see what the processes were doing for people and their bodies. I was shocked by the potency that is invisible unless we look closer.

I went to Eastern Europe to facilitate these classes. Istanbul and Ankara, magical Turkey. Romania delighted me as it was home to the most beautiful buildings I had ever seen in my life, more beautiful than anything I have seen in Paris or Rome, and it also gave me a crash course in communism. I went to museums, did tours and had wonderful conversations with interesting people. I met artists and self educated women and people who had seen revolutions happen. I loved every minute of it, and it also made me aware that we have to always be present with the politics and world events happening around us, because there are often actions we need to take ahead of time.

Trips like these fulfilled my prerequisites but were also an education in consciousness.  With every class I facilitated I was invited to a sense that I am literally a channel for consciousness. Every class gave me another piece of how easy it is to be that channel and what a gift it is to be that channel. These classes taught me how people's bodies really need these processes and that suppressing your magic is very hard on your body.

As I traveled and facilitated these classes, something unexpected unfolded: my relationship with my body began to transform. I started to truly, deeply recognize that my body does not care for order and conclusions. Every fixed point of view, every certainty I tried to impose, tightened it like a too-small suit. A belief about a food, a judgment about an allergy, a conviction that a certain exercise was required—they were all forms of order, and my body would respond with tension and pain. But the moment I released those conclusions and let my body take the lead, everything shifted instantly. It shifted by listening to my body not ordering it into submission. As my own magic unfurled in that space of allowance, people were naturally more drawn to the consciousness I was being. And my body, wild and wise and conscious, was the one quietly facilitating it all.

These processes create a really cozy relationship between you and your body that is not a part of this reality. The journey of becoming a 3 Day Body Class facilitator has invited me to all of this and more. What is consciousness inviting you to? What is your body asking you for?
